Marvell says that its PXA 300 application processor is powering the Samsung SPH-M4650 PDA phone, which runs on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional OS.
Running on Korea’s LG Telecom network, the PXA 300 application processor is said to enable high-end graphics, gaming and multimedia capabilities for the Samsung SPH-M4650 as well as delivering optimal business applications while consuming ultralow levels of power, said Marvell.
The Samsung SPH-M4650 features T-DMB for mobile TV, a 2Mpixel camera and Bluetooth technology housed in a thin form factor with an LCD touch screen.
