Bachelor degree, major in Radio / Microwave/ Mobile Communication Technology. The minimum requirements are total 6 years of experience in relative professional experience, but of them should be 3 years as RF      engineer in a mobile phone company.

Strong oral and written English communication skills.

Technical Skills & Knowledge (outside academic/professional education) 
• Rich experience of Radio technologies such as GSM, GPRS, Edge, UMTS, Bluetooth, GPS, WLAN. 
• Knowledge about how the mobile is working in the wireless network (e.g. GSM/GPRS, UMTS).
• Experienced user of computer based design tools such as Mentor Graphics, simulation tools, e.g. ADS, Ansoft.
• Design for EMC/EMI
• PWB layout design
• Knowledge about antenna design is a plus
• Knowledge about Baseband design is a plus
• To have some understanding about the structure in mobile phone SW and open OS is a plus
