Responsible for chip production and operation management:
As the coordinator between Design House & Foundry, monitoring the Project Tapeout, wafer fabrication;
Provide necessary information/suggestion of Foundry to RD team
As the coordinator between Design House & Assembly/Testing House;
Provide necessary information/suggestion of Assembly/Testing house to RD team, such as package option, cycle time, cost estimation etc.,
Evaluate suppliers, collect information for evaluation; |
