Once test occurred some failure, the lab quickly informs the customer. But where not all is is actual failure, so we need check whether the failure is actual or virtual. 1.       Judgment requirement The lab mistake the level 1 requirement to level 2, this is quick to check. Now, we often use the threshold to judgment level 1 test result, in general, level 1 is different from level 2 with 6dB, so if the threshold is less than 5dB,it is safe, but if it is more than 5dB,less than 7dB, we should carefully check, it is recommended adding to test level 1. 2.       Calibration level In order to save the test time, the lab always uses the threshold. But if the threshold is too much, the threshold will be not correct. In principle, for example 15MHz, 80mA threshold value was calculate by 200mA calibration value, it should be near, but in fact, because the power is not linear, the software can not correctly calculate, it relatively more high the 80mA value.   3.       Threshold In particular, PM and AM mode, it is better to reduce the inject level, more level, more the field unstable, had better 1dB. 开关电源对EMC的影响超级大.首先 要选择合适的开关频率的PWM控制器,在正常工作的前提下,工作频率越低, 发出的传导和辐射越小. 其次, 放置的位置非常重要, 要密切注意其附近包括其上方和下方位置,有没有容易受到被干扰的电路,如A/D， Tuner, 音频信号等。再次， 开关电源模块，绝对不要放置在连接外面的连接器附近，必须尽可能远离。否则,很容易通过空间辐射直接耦合到线束,这样容易导致低频段超标很严重. 最后, 在布线, 必须要使得初级的充放电路径和次级的冲放电路径尽量短, 尤其是初级,由于谐波电流大,辐射很大.  在元件层的下面,须有个地平面,以减少电源的回流阻抗. 其他电源, 总线(IIC, CAN) 等 尽量不要靠近靠近开关电源.   以上是本人的一点经验.不妥之处,敬请提出. 欢迎讨论 smile.light@gmail.com

本人负责公司的Emc设计，开发DVD radio及导航仪，供货给通用，福特。 开发一款DVD Radio, 在DV阶段做EMC，只有RE有问题。到PV阶段由于对于RE的整改改动比较大，福特要求我们重做RI112（BCI）。发现了新的问题，DVD MODE  60M-94MHz，LEVEL1， Audio SINAD 跌到很低。 经过几个小时分析，发现问题的源头在于 胎压检测的模拟地。 因为一般模拟地从外部连接器，直接到靠近MCU的主地，再单点接地。线束上的噪声通过模拟地耦合到与它邻近的DVD DAC的电源上，干扰了音频的信号。但由于当初的DAC的移动，没有引起注意。 后来，决定把 模拟地直接在外部连接器近段就与主地相连，这样同时可以屏蔽胎压检测端口传输进来的噪声，效果明显。 因此，在做汽车电子的EMC，必须注意任何一个与外部连接器相连的走线。电源尤为重要，因为越粗的线，越容易带入噪声。
