Bandgap reference design: check items (zt)

You can find the basic thoery/principle of bandgap reference design everywhere, but seldom of them would like to introduce what kind of result should be checked. The following content is abstracted from a report from internet. author KIRAN V BULUSU

--When we do a transient analysis on the circuit by ramping the supply voltage from 0V to 5V in 20 nano seconds, the output voltage was stabilized at 1.256V after 12 nano seconds. D^ ap(H&K+w

3. Check the power supply rejection ratio by varying the +5V supply between +4 and +6 in a dc analysis and observe the change in the output value.|%P6E?0XD
--The DC power supply rejection ratio is 67 dB. The PSRR was calculated as PSRR = 20*log(Vout/Vin)

4. The previous test gives supply voltage sensitivity at low (DC) frequency. What happens to the output voltage if the supply has a high frequency ripple on top of it? 5. Is your output impedance less than 1 Ohm? Apply a test current source at the output and check the change in output voltage as the load current is varied.e Lin]h.[
